Frequently Asked Questions About Logo Design
Q: What is a web ready format?
A: Web ready formats include jpg, gif, and png. These are image formats designed to be used online. For example, on your website or in a social networking profile.
Q: What is a print ready format?
A: Print ready formats include psd, tiff, eps, and ai. These are image formats designed for use in print. For example, on a business card, stationary, or brochures.
Q: How soon will I receive my initial logo concepts?
A: In 3-5 business days. Each revision usually takes 1-3 business days but can vary a little bit.
Q: What if I don’t like any of the initial logo concepts?
A: No problem, let us know with 72 hours and we’ll redraw another set of concepts at no additional charge.
Q: How many revisions can I request?
A: Up to 6 rounds of revisions. This doesn’t mean 6 little changes is all you can request (font, size, color, etc)–one revision round means you receive the concepts, request changes you’d like to your chosen concept, we deliver new concepts based on your requests. We’ve not had a client use all of the revision rounds so far. It usually only takes 1 – 3 revision rounds to get it just right.
Q: Who owns my logo when it’s complete?
A: Ownership of the final logo is yours, once you approve the final concept. We retain only the right to display it in our portfolio.
