It’s been in the works for a while, and now we’ve got BIG news… You can now reach support at 1-425-880-CREO (2736)

They’ll be available 24/7 and can help with any level 1 issues.  For example, they can help reset your password, assist you in accessing your mail or cpanel, troubleshoot basic email errors, help you connect to FTP to upload files to your webspace, etc.

For any issues they can’t help with (such as script specific errors or questions about Creo Commerce), they’ll escalate a ticket to the higher level support through the helpdesk for you.

For $24/year you can setup your website and email on 50MB of space, no bandwidth limit. This special package is limited to one domain (if you want to host more than one domain/website on your account please take a look at our other hosting plans).  It’s got all the features of our other hosting plans including cPanel, fantastico, website statistics and more, just in a smaller space for those smaller websites.

What is this plan good for?
* a blog site
* a few informational pages
* a “business card” site
* a “brochure” style site
* somewhere to park your domain and direct email through

What is this plan not good for?
* websites with extensive galleries/photos
* ecommerce shops (most require more than 50 MB of space)
* multiple domains on one account
