Over the last few weeks we've had a slower support ticket response time than I'm happy with, so we're taking action! :) Beginning late next week more staff will be available 24/7 at the support desk.
The support staff is happy to help you with any questions related to your hosting account such as email setup, cPanel questions, and more. They'll also help troubleshoot minor coding issues of your website. If something is beyond what we can help with (for example, issues unrelated to the server like questions about an installed script or need for website maintenance) we'll point you in the right direction for answers or help.
Important Note: Support requests need to go directly to the support desk at support@creocommunico.com instead of to my personal email address for fastest response time. Thanks for understanding.
